A Dream Come True – The New Home of Bali Racing

Turning Vision into Reality

Dreams often remain just hopes — unless someone works for years to make them real. That’s the story of István Bali and Bali Racing: after years of dedicated work, clear vision, and steady growth, the dream has finally taken shape — with real walls, real machines, and limitless potential.

The Journey – Step by Step Toward a Bigger Goal

Bali Racing’s journey has been one of continuous progress, not overnight success. Founded in 2016 in Hungary, it reflects a deep family tradition in sailing and boatbuilding that spans generations.

Over the years, numerous race yachts and catamarans – including those of the Kékszalag-winning RSM Team – have trusted the Bali Racing workshop. The company has expanded its expertise into carbon composite construction, refits, painting, rigging, and full restorations, always aiming for higher standards.

This new infrastructure represents the culmination of years of planning, sacrifice, and vision – more than just concrete and steel, it’s a physical embodiment of ambition.

The Investment – A New Center Is Born

The milestone: the company acquired nearly 7,000 m² of industrial land beside the M7 motorway, a prime, easily accessible location. On this site stands a 1,000 m² state-of-the-art facility, transforming Bali Racing from a small workshop into a full-scale professional hub equipped for the highest-level services.

With modern machinery and infrastructure, the company now offers European-standard support for its clients — a true new era for Bali Racing.

Expanded Services and New Opportunities

The new facility marks a significant expansion:

  • all existing services — refits, repairs, composites, painting, rigging — continue as the core focus,

  • a new year-round yacht storage service is introduced,

  • the spacious hall allows large-scale projects, including catamarans and 50–80-foot monohulls, to be handled indoors in controlled conditions.

This development positions Bali Racing as a regional leader in yacht building, maintenance, and repair.

Why It Matters

  1. Stability & Longevity – owning its premises allows long-term planning and independence.

  2. Credibility & Prestige – the facility reflects professionalism and trust.

  3. Competitive Edge – higher capacity means larger, more complex projects.

  4. Economic Impact – creating skilled jobs and expanding local industry.

  5. Strategic Location – direct access from the M7 ensures fast logistics and easy client access.

Looking Ahead

This investment is not the destination — it’s a new beginning. Bali Racing continues to push toward European-level excellence, serving not only Hungary but the broader region.

With the new storage services, technology, and capacity, the company is shaping the future of yacht care: boats arrive, are serviced, and return ready for competition — all under one roof.

A dream has truly come to life — and this is only the start of a much bigger journey.
